First of all, not wanting to register to contact the owner or send a booking is like wanting to have an email account without a way to identify yourself. And without registration, who will receive confirmation, who will receive invoices, messages or more important cancellation messages?
Secondly, if someone makes a reservation and doesn’t remember the dates, price or other info, how to check that info as admin?
Thirdly, how someone who rents is able to get in touch with the owner? Right now the owner details are available after a confirmed booked and only for the user who makes that booking. If you don’t have an account, contact info cannot be shown.
Another issue is related to payment – how to identify the user who pays the admin fee? What if he is doing fraud?

HOW TO REGISTER AS A VISITOR AND WHAT I GET?
To register as VISITOR you just sign up using the registration form and choose the option “I only want to book” . After inserting the username and email address our system will send an email to confirm your FREE registration with an automatic generated password. You will be able to login and access your personal dashboard where you can edit/modify your personal information and change password. After registration you will be able to add favorite properties and manage bookings you make trough the internal message and invoice system.
HOW TO REGISTER AS A OWNER AND WHAT I GET?
To register as OWNER you just sign up using the registration form and choose the option “I want to rent my property” . After inserting the username and email address our system will send an email to confirm your FREE registration with an automatic generated password. You will be able to sign in and get A FREE MEMBERSHIP for 3 months that will give you the possibility to add 1 property and 1 featured listing.
Owner can access his personal dashboard where is possible to add/modify personal information and change password. After registration owner will be able to add property details , rates, upload images, insert video , use the booking engine with calendar and set availability periods with custom prices and manage bookings received trough the internal message and invoice system.
Is possible to upgrade membership purchasing special “MEMBERSHIP SUBMISSION PACKAGES” using PAYPAL AND STRIPE payment systems. Packages are available in “My subscription” dashboard menu page.
IS POSSIBLE TO IMPORT ICALENDAR?
The iCalendar Feature is a way to synchronize your listing reservation data with other websites. For example you published several properties with accommodato website but to maximise their exposure you also added them to airbn.com. Now the challenge is to mark as busy (in accommodato web site) the dates that are booked on airbnb.com. And vice versa: marked as busy on airbnb the dates booked on accommodato site.
HOW TO UPLOAD IMAGES AND VIDEO?
When adding a property owner can access to a front end submission form and upload images. Accommodato.com uses restrictions to avoid large file and useless file type uploads, Only JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF are allowed .
We use and recommend 1920 x 1280 pixel images for featured images. This fits nicely on large screen resolutions. The rest of the image attached to post can be smaller size but our upload system does not allow images smaller than 900×500 pixels and more than 200 kb file size . All images will be listed in a Fancy Box gallery.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?
Registered user may place booking in property page after selecting the start date and end date in the booking form. The system will check the availability dates and if the property is free for rent it would display the price calculations considering the various price options the user set up . If everything is ok the user can push the book button again.
DOES THE OWNER APPROVE THE BOOKING?
After the booking request was made the property owner receives a notification that a booking request was made for one of his listings. He will go into admin area and check the request. If everything is ok he will issue an invoice for the user that made the request.
The user that initiate the booking will now receive the message that a invoices is issued and he needs to pay the downpayment value in order to confirm the booking. He will go to – My Reservations page and pay the invoice via Stripe or Paypal. When the invoice is paid the booking will be confirmed and the dates will be blocked in the listing calendar.
Property owner can delete confirmed bookings as well.

Date format used in this site is : “yy-mm-dd”
